24 Hours to Cleaning Job

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning, a full charge will be applied, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding that your booking reservation could have been utilized by another customer. Therefore, cancellations made on the same day will be treated as a booking and subject to the full charge policy.

48 Hour or Sooner to Cleaning Job

Cancellations made 48 hours or sooner in advance are eligible for a credit. This credit is applied to your account, allowing you the flexibility to use it at your convenience for future cleaning services.

Before your 48 Hour window to Cleaning Job

Should you choose to cancel before the 48-hour window, you are entitled to receive an immediate full refund.
